544 grams of ice was recovered from a passenger going to Saudi Arabia at Lahore Airport
544 grams of ice was recovered from the bag of a passenger going to Jeddah at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal Airport.
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) recovered drugs worth Rs 24 lakh in various operations. 544 grams of ice were recovered from a passenger at Lahore Airport and 53 capsules filled with heroin were recovered from a female passenger at Islamabad Airport. Both passengers were going to Jeddah.
470 grams of ice was recovered from a parcel sent to Bahrain from the General Post Office (GPO) of Sialkot. 26 kg 400 grams of hashish was recovered from the hidden compartments of the car near the hotel located on Shikarpur Road. The accused who was carrying drugs in the car was arrested.
According to ANF, the international value of the exported drugs is more than 24 lakh rupees. Cases have been registered against the accused under the Anti-Narcotics Act and further investigation has been started.
