Chairman Sialkot Tourism and Cultural Forum Dr. Abdul Shakoor Mirzane has said that planting trees is a religious, moral duty and charity of all of us. He expressed these views while discussing the occasion of planting fruit trees during the plantation campaign.

He said that planting trees on an emergency basis has become indispensable to prevent severe climate change, trees not only provide fruits, oxygen and shade but also prevent soil erosion and cause rain. He said that citizens should stay in their homes. Wherever trees can be planted, including neighbourhood, be sure to plant trees and protect trees.
