Saudi-US diplomatic relations could be restored by January, Antony Blanken says
Washington: The US Secretary of State has said that diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and the US will be restored before the end of President Joe Biden’s term.
According to the international news organization, these views were expressed by the US Secretary of State Anthony Blanken in a speech at a news conference in Haiti.
The US Secretary of State hoped that Saudi Arabia would have recognized Israel before the arrival of the new US President. Can’t say yet how it will happen but it will happen.
Antony Blanken added that I am still optimistic that the issues between Saudi Arabia and Israel will be resolved before January.
The US Secretary of State said that this is going to happen during the tenure of President Joe Biden. If the ceasefire in Gaza is reached, the stage of restoration of Saudi-American relations will also be completed.
Keep in mind that the presidential election in the United States will be held on November 5 and the new president will replace Joe Biden in January 2025.
