World Boxing Day will be celebrated on 27th August across the world

World Boxing Day will be celebrated on August 27 across the world including Pakistan. The Secretary General of Pakistan Boxing Federation Colonel Retired Nasir Ijaz Tung said that like the world, the World Boxing Day will be celebrated in Pakistan on August 27. In this regard, instructions have been issued to all the relevant institutions, provincial and regional associations associated with the federation.

He said that Pakistan Boxing Federation organizes exhibition matches every year on the occasion of World Boxing Day on August 27 and on that day, competitions are held in other cities of the country including Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad and Gilgit. At the end of the competitions, prizes are also distributed among the winning players.
